1 to 1 Remedial Inclusion Coaching

Where an equality issue has arisen and a member of leadership or an employee requires education. This includes a pre-meeting to establish desired outcomes, with HR or management alternative up to 2 hours of online or face to face training 121. A statement issued to HR for their personnel files detailing topics covered and issues discussed.  This is an effective tool for your organisation to demonstrate it is doing everything in its power to fufil its duty to prevent harassment in the workplace.
